He holds college degrees in Psychology, Human Services, Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Arts and Humanities. Mr. Fowler is a Certified Addiction Counselor dedicated to helping individuals build sustainable, fulfilling lives in recovery.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fowler has facilitated thousands of hours of group counseling and psychoeducational programming across a variety of treatment settings. His expertise includes 12-Step recovery principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), life skills development, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and experiential therapeutic modalities designed to promote lasting personal growth and resilience.
As an Executive Director, Mr. Fowler has played a pivotal role in developing treatment structures, designing evidence-based curricula, and expanding clinical programming to better serve individuals throughout the continuum of care. He has been instrumental in launching extended outpatient and transitional support services that help clients successfully navigate the challenges of reintegration into everyday life following residential treatment.
